Instruction
Dalapro Hand Filler 3 in 1 is ready to use. Mixing the filler in advance in the bucket or on the filler blades makes it easier to smooth. Adding extra water is not required. However, you can add a bit of water to the filler if you want a smoother consistency with better slide for skimcoating.
Use the product undiluted for joint filling. Fix any powdery or sandy substrates in advance.
The temperature of the substrate, the ambient temperature and the temperature of the filler must be a minimum of 5° C during application and drying (preferably 10° C for jointing) and a maximum of 30° C. The air humidity should be maximum 80% and preferably even below 65%. Begin the following treatment after the filler has completely dried.To sand use paper with gritsize +/- P240.
Eye protection and a dust mask is recommended when sanding. Remove the dust before the next treatment. Filled surfaces should be primed before wallpapering.
Use
Dalapro Hand Filler 3 in 1 meets the CE-marking requirements in accordance with EN 13963 and is manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Combined with Joint Tape – a paper tape approved in accordance with EN 13963 – the product is suitable for joint filling on plasterboard.
When finishing plasterboard, follow national guidelines and recommendations in accordance with EN 13963.
