Dalapro Roll is a light hand filler for roller application in dry areas. The light, smooth consistency means that the filler can be spread over the entire surface without effort. Apart from saving time, roller application of filler is also ergonomic. This makes the product successful for most substrates normally used in renovation and new builds. Marco Joint Paper Tape is recommended when filling plasterboard joints. The product fulfils the CE requirements according to EN 13963 and is produced in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Apply using a roller on clean, dry and firmly attached surfaces at a minimum temperature of +5°C. Use sandpaper, particle size 100-120, when sanding the dry surface. Eye protection and dust mask are recommended when sanding. Filled surfaces should be primed before wallpapering. Follow your local branch regulations and recommendations.
Thin coat plastering = 1 litre/ m² per mm (Q4) 1st and 2nd fill on plasterboard joint = approx 0.25 l/m (Q2). 1st and 2nd fill + final thin coat on plasterboard joint = approx 0.3 l/m (Q3).
The drying time is dependent on substrate, layer thickness, temperature, ventilation and atmospheric conditions.
Protect from frost and direct sunlight. The packaging is marked with best-before date. Unopened packs can be stored in 12 months.
